Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We want your adventure to be worry-free, rain or shine. Here’s what to know about cancellations and changes:

• Florida weather doesn’t stop us: Your ride goes ahead, even if it’s drizzling. However, if lightning or unsafe conditions arise, you can reschedule at no cost—your safety comes first.
• Running late? Please arrive on time! Missing your departure means we can’t offer refunds, so be sure to plan.
• Non-refundable bookings: Once you’ve reserved your buggy, we lock it in for you. While we can’t refund, we’ll gladly help you reschedule in advance if spaces are available.

Refund Policy for Missed Bookings and Late Arrivals
