Private guided tours are available. You can also opt for a self-guided experience if you prefer to explore at your own pace. Both guided and self-guided tours typically last about 20 minutes – just the right amount of time to keep everyone engaged, from curious kiddos to animal-loving adults. How Long Do Visits Last?
Most guests find that a typical trip here takes between one and three hours, depending on how many encounters and activities you’d like to experience. Whether you’re just popping in to say hello to the rays or planning a full morning of exploring and feeding, there’s plenty of time to make lasting family memories—without feeling rushed. Families with little ones often find two hours to be just right for their pace, while those eager to dive into every hands-on activity might linger closer to three.
