Wonderful stay except chilly with no fault of Keys Cove!  The Manager gave local "must do's" that were fantastic including my favorite, Keys Maritime bait and fresh seafood(Lobster Lady), breakfast at Stuffed Pig (yum) and booked a sight seeing cruise with her very own Captain and cruiser! We had a wonderful experience staying at this property for our wedding. The layout of the home was fantastic, especially the living room, which was spacious and perfect for gathering and getting ready. The house was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable for a large group.

The views were absolutely beautiful and being so close to the beach was a huge highlight for us. Since this was a wedding stay, we spent most of our time enjoying the beach area rather than the pool. While the pool lights were not working and it wasn’t heated as much as expected, it didn’t impact our experience much given the purpose of our stay.

Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish — responsive, helpful, and easy to work with, which made the planning process much smoother.

One thing to note for future guests: parking is very limited. There are only four spaces, and if an event is taking place, one spot is typically taken by a porta potty. For a wedding of around 25 guests, it felt a bit tight, and guests should plan on using Uber or walking. The walk to the Marriott next door is doable but a bit long for some. That said, the option to rent buggies through the property was extremely convenient and a great added service if you want to tour Marathon and visit a bunch of fun places around town.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this home for large groups or families. For weddings, it’s best suited for smaller gatherings — but it truly is a beautiful place with amazing views and thoughtful hosting.

Susan and Dale have been nothing short of amazing. The property is very clean and exactly as advertised. Very peaceful setting. We also rented a boat which they bring to the dock on site for you and walk you through operating it. All has been exceptional. We just returned home yesterday and were so sad to leave that beautiful paradise!! It was our first time in the Keys and cannot wait to go back! The view from the deck is spectacular! We saw dolphins playing and a nurse shark made her home under the dock at the house. We talked to Susan, Dale and Jack who were very helpful! They do such a great job and want everything to be perfect for your stay and it was!!! I talked to Susan the most and she gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and see and restaurants to try out! We rented a boat from them and had such a great time fishing and sightseeing from the Gulf and the Atlantic! I highly recommend Key’s Cove Resort and all that they offer!! Fantastic week in the keys.  Great house, great location, and great hosts.  Susan and Dale took great care to make sure we were comfortable and happy.  We rented the tri-toon deck boat one day and had a blast - snorkeling then cruising around... saw many porpoises and a giant turtle!!  Dale took us fishing the next day and we caught and cooked a delicious yellowtail dinner that evening...  pool was warm and great after a long day of Florida action...  Spent one day in key West during our week long visit and everyone enjoyed that also ..  was windy one day so we went to the marathon aquarium for a few hours and our expectations were exceeded there also! The best! When planning our trip I was amazed with the amount of communication setting dates etc. months in advance even! The house was super clean, smelt great, the location is perfect and how can you deny those views! We also rented a boat from the owners…. Clean, well taken care of… delivered right to the dock for us! Legit text me like we were friends… Susan and Dale are the best! Can’t wait until next summer! Keys Cove is my forever go to!
