We stayed in house #4 and had a great stay. The pictures of the living space were pretty accurate, decor may have differed slightly. House #4 has a small view of the water from the balcony. The house was well stocked with starter sets of paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, garbage bags. It was so nice to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach gear to use so that we didn't have to buy and leave behind. The pool is somewhat small but our 5 kids had no complaints and swam nearly every night of our stay. Jack was easy to work with, attentive and very accommodating. There were some minor issues (bedroom door to outside wouldn't lock, bathroom door wouldn't lock) that Jack assured us were on the fix list but they were not addressed while we were there. There was plenty of space for our party of 9 and we never ran out of hot water!! Only one of the bathrooms is ensuite, the other 2 are accessed from the hall. Overall we had a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Jess & her team do a great job! Location is great being just above 7 mile bridge and the house was super clean. Customer service was excellent! Highly recommended 🙂

Definitely will return whenever we go to the Keys!!! The Staff is extremely attentive & professional. If you are looking for a great location on the water w your own private heated pool, balcony & sand pit this is the place. So family friendly, clean & fresh coconut water delivered right to your door. Thank you Barbara & Staff they were by far the best!!!

Lovely property, clean and well cared for. Convenient location, loads to eat and do in the surrounding area. The only negative was the sea grass that had piled up and was decomposing, making a pretty bad smell. Otherwise, had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

I didn't expect much since this is my first resort vacation but the resort goes beyond my expectation! The place is well equipped and well maintain. Our room is simply gorgeous and spacious. An oasis for a New Yorker like me! Great accommodation Professional staffs. Highly recommended!!
