While we love all our furry friends, animals are not allowed at Keys Cove.

No, all of our units are designated non-smoking private community, so no smoking in the house, on the balcony, by the pool, nor on the beach. If you are an avid smoker, you can smoke at many of the outdoor venues, such as Sunset Grille; enjoy a smoke, a d drink, and spectacular sunsets.

Sunscreen, shampoo, soap, all paper goods, food, swimsuits, shorts and long pants, snorkeling, fishing gear, sports equipment, a boat if you have one, flip flops for everyone, hats, sunglasses, a sweater or light jacket in the winter, board games and movies for kids, coffee and coffee filters, and an appetite for fun and relaxation!

Yes, there are two bike rental places that will drop off bikes when you arrive, and pick them up when you leave. More information here and here.

Every home has its own private pool, lounge chairs, BBQ, and patio tables.

Keys Cove. Yes, just steps from your house Keys Cove has its own private beach area, dock, and tiki hut for guests only and located on guests’ home grounds with a child safety gate leading to the beach.

There are two other beaches close by.

Coco Plum Beach is a natural beach with an adjacent wetland located in Marathon at MM 54, 1.4 miles down Coco Plum Drive. It is typically less crowded and provides a covered pavilion and restrooms for your use and enjoyment. https://www.ci.marathon.fl.us/parksrec/page/coco-plum-beach

Yes, in fact, the floating docks are perfect for jet skis, just let the rental agent know as we have limited capacity for them and kayaking at the same time. Typically this is not a problem.

NOTE: One Boat/Watercraft Per Home (additional watercraft requests to be approved by management).

Yes, we provide Boat or Trailer Storage in a secure yard for trailers at no extra charge.

No, but there are several public ramps close by and one just a few blocks away, and all our vacation homes provide you with a personal boat slip with power and water (please notify us in advance if you’d like us to reserve you a slip).

Yes, just please be respectful of others using the docks to access boats and kayaks. Keys Cove is a great spot with plenty of room for everyone, and can offer good fishing from the dock.

The Florida Keys Marathon Airport offers service for private aircraft and Charter Service plus car rentals.

Key West International services commercial flights and is 52 miles. Miami International is a 3-hour drive, and  Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International is 13.5-4 hours.

There are shuttle services between the Keys and Miami /  Fort Lauderdale Airports.
